It aims to develop an automation system that optimizes press loading and unloading operations. Compared to manual processes, it is aimed to increase the production speed and volume by 3 to 5 times thanks to the automation system. The system consists of submodules such as Cartesian robots, deskater unit, centering unit and specially designed holders. These components enable business processes to be carried out faster, more efficiently and more securely. Thanks to Industry 4.0 integration, it is aimed to minimize production downtimes and maintenance times, increase continuity in production processes and reduce error rates.
Problems such as operator distraction, slowing down and need for breaks during manual loading and unloading operations reduce productivity, cause occupational accidents and limit production quantities. These processes also negatively affect production quality with high labor costs and high error rates. The inability of manual processes to provide measurable efficiency and the inability to ensure production continuity constitutes a significant obstacle.
