Automatic Tapping Machine For TV back sheet metal

It was developed to automate the drilling and threading processes on the rear sheet metal panels of televisions. This system increases efficiency in the production line by processing with high precision and speed. Its flexible design that can adapt to different panel sizes reduces the need for labor in production processes. The computer-aided control system performs each drilling and threading operation accurately and consistently. At the same time, it significantly shortens production times with its high-speed processing capacity.

Boiler Mantel Rolling and Welding Machine

This machine bends sheet metal sheets with special shapes into cylindrical form, making them suitable for the boiler structure, and then combines them with high-strength, homogeneous welding seams. Equipped with a computer-aided control system, this equipment accelerates the production process and provides material savings and energy efficiency. Additionally, it offers a wide range of usage thanks to its flexible design that adapts to different boiler sizes.

Spiral Welded Tube Machine for Vehicle Hose Clamp

It is a system that produces high-strength and precise spiral welded pipes for vehicle hose clamps. This machine can produce pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses and aims to increase the durability of hose clamps used in vehicles. The computer-controlled automation system ensures that the weld seams are homogeneous, providing high strength and quality. Additionally, it optimizes production processes with energy efficiency and material savings.

Muffin Cup assembly and loading machine

It is a highly efficient system that performs automatic assembly and loading of muffin cups. It allows muffin cups of different sizes and designs to be quickly assembled and loaded in an orderly manner on the production line. This machine increases precision and quality in production processes while reducing labor needs. It offers easy integration and use with its modular structure and user-friendly control system.

In Line Auminum Disc Flattaner

The In Line Aluminum Disc Flattener system was developed for flattening aluminum discs on the production line and optimizing surface smoothness. This system corrects the deformations of the discs that occur during production, ensuring high precision and smooth products. Integrated with automation support, the system operates uninterruptedly with high production rates, while offering energy efficiency and low maintenance requirements. It has a wide usage area thanks to its flexible design that adapts to different disc sizes and thicknesses.

Intensive Care Ventilator

The intensive care ventilator has been developed to provide respiratory support in accordance with the needs of patients experiencing respiratory failure. This system provides a reliable and effective treatment process by offering a structure that can be customized according to the individual respiratory parameters of the patients. Patient safety and treatment efficiency are increased thanks to the pressure, volume and flow parameters controlled with high precision. The device is designed to facilitate the use of healthcare personnel with advanced software algorithms and a user-friendly interface.

Design and Software Development of a Labeling Line

The robotic labeling system developed for kitchen products (pans, pots, etc.) takes the products from the storage unit and ensures that the labels are adhered to the desired points homogeneously and without errors. While this system increases speed, hygiene and quality, it optimizes the use of adhesives with the hotmelting method. Unlike traditional adhesive papers, the formation of residue is eliminated by spraying adhesive only when needed. The system has a flexible structure that can be customized in accordance with customer demands and offers high efficiency.

Press Transfer Line

It aims to develop an automation system that optimizes press loading and unloading operations. Compared to manual processes, it is aimed to increase the production speed and volume by 3 to 5 times thanks to the automation system. The system consists of submodules such as Cartesian robots, deskater unit, centering unit and specially designed holders. These components enable business processes to be carried out faster, more efficiently and more securely. Thanks to Industry 4.0 integration, it is aimed to minimize production downtimes and maintenance times, increase continuity in production processes and reduce error rates.

Souce Pan, Cookware Base Lathe Machine with Accessories

A low-maintenance, high-speed sole turning machine that can operate 24 hours a day uninterruptedly has been developed for use in the production of pans and pots. While products are automatically fed into the system, both precision and speed are increased thanks to the vertical turning process. The developed machine facilitates maintenance and repair operations thanks to its modular design and provides environmental and economic advantages with its energy-saving solutions. In addition, the specially designed robot system has a user-friendly structure and does not require any special training.

Design, Software Development, and Prototype Manufacturing of a Spiral Welded, Mold-Free Variable Diameter Pipe Production Line

An automation system has been developed that will enable the production of spiral welded pipes with homogeneous, non-porous welded seams, high strength and diameters that are not available in the market. This system is designed to produce pipes of different sizes and wall thicknesses with high precision. Thanks to computer-controlled automation, the same welding quality is achieved at every point, while 20% less raw material consumption is achieved. While high-strength products are obtained with techniques such as TIG or gas arc welding, semi-finished product consumption is reduced with laser cutting technology. This solution for intermediate diameters that are needed in the industry but not available in the standards also offers an innovative approach in terms of energy efficiency and occupational safety.

Design and Prototype Development of an Automatic Production Line for Vehicle Cigarette Lighter Socket Sheets

An innovative mold design has been developed to optimize the production process of metal parts in the cigarette lighter compartment used in vehicles and to increase the precision and quality of these parts. By producing a special machine prototype in accordance with this design, metal parts will be produced faster, more precisely and more efficiently. It is aimed for the mold to have long-lasting, easy-to-clean features and to complete the production process in only 20 operations. The designed machine will meet high precision and quality standards in the automobile industry with the integration of the necessary mechanical and electronic systems.

Sustainable and Innovative Offshore Liquid Transport Container-Tank Design and Production

The design and production of a DNV-approved offshore container for ethanol transportation aims to increase safety and efficiency in dangerous goods transportation by complying with international standards. During the design process, solutions were developed that meet the requirements of T7-T11 coded tanks in accordance with the IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) classification. The materials and design features to be used ensure that the container is designed to meet challenging test conditions such as breaking strength at -20 degrees Celsius, pressure resistance at -0.5 atm and drop. Innovative materials and methods such as 316 quality stainless steel, chemical etching and passivation techniques, and paint coating increase the durability of the container. This domestic production offers a more sustainable solution in hazardous material transportation with its environmentally friendly features and high safety standards.

Design and Manufacturing of a New Generation SCARA-Type Robot with High Payload Capacity

These robots provide fast, precise and uninterrupted production in press manufacturing processes in sectors such as automotive, white goods, electronics and plastic injection. While the developed robots save space with their compact structure, they increase production speed and capacity with their high carrying capacity and long reach distance. Thanks to the integrated artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, process optimization is achieved, and data exchange is facilitated with Industry 4.0 compatible integration. While this innovative design contributes to an environmentally friendly production process by minimizing energy consumption, it can easily adapt to different production needs with its customizable structure.

Multi-Head Spot Welding Machine for Uni-Strut Profile

It has a more compact structure compared to traditional spot-welding machines and can process more parts at the same time in a short time. The real-time quality control system, which offers high quality standards, minimizes the error rate in welding processes and can easily adapt to different production needs thanks to its modular structure. This robotic system, which prioritizes energy efficiency, both reduces costs and contributes to sustainable production processes.

Design and Prototype Development of Synchronized Cartesian and Axial Robots

It has a structure created by combining serial manipulator robots and Cartesian robot arms and can be integrated into old and new press automation systems. This hybrid robot arm mechanism provides the opportunity to be used in presses where standard transfer robots cannot be used. It will also increase the speed and precision of production processes by providing a flexible solution for different part sizes.

Development of a Multi-Function Press Transfer System

By investing in Press Transfer technologies, we continue to increase our efficiency and capabilities with innovative solutions. The project, which will be developed in response to market demand, aims to transfer the parts from the first process to the last process with the help of carrier arm mechanisms. The project aims to maximize production efficiency and standardize production.

SSN Machinery collaborated with a leading automotive manufacturer to develop a state-of-the-art automation system for the next-generation SSN-Servo Hybrid Press. The project aimed to integrate Industry 4.0 principles, including real-time data analytics, predictive maintenance, and seamless system communication, into a tandem press transfer line.
